Under the strategic guidance of the heads of state of China and Ukraine, bilateral relations have flourished and pragmatic cooperation in various fields has yielded fruitful results. In 2023, the trade volume between China and Ukraine has grown rapidly, and the momentum of investment and financing cooperation is good. The foundation of cooperation in traditional fields such as energy, building materials, equipment manufacturing, and infrastructure construction has been further consolidated. There are various highlights of cooperation in green development, digital economy, and high-tech directions, and cooperation in new platforms and formats has become increasingly close. Key cooperation projects have been implemented and effective. These achievements are the result of the joint efforts of all Chinese enterprises in Ukraine, and the Chamber of Commerce has played an important role, The work results are worthy of recognition.
Ambassador Yu Jun pointed out that 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a crucial year for achieving the goals and tasks of the 14th Five Year Plan, and also the starting year for Ukraine to implement the "Uzbekistan 2030" strategy. At the meeting, membership certificates and cups were awarded to the enterprises that joined this year, recognition was given to the team responsible for publishing and writing the China Russia version of the "Uzbekistan Chinese Enterprise Country Development Report", honorary certificates were awarded to enterprises that supported the "Luban Workshop" project, and certificates were issued to the Building Materials Association and Engineering Contracting Service Association of the Uzbekistan China Enterprise Chamber of Commerce. At the same time, it also introduced and warmed up the "New Silk Road Cup" China Uzbekistan cultural exchange activity, the Ukrainian artists' trip to China and the Uzbek media's trip to China to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the "the Belt and Road" in 2024.
